Thirty One Alfred Place is a Fully Managed workplace owned and managed by Great Portland Estates. The building is an example of GPEs shift towards building out a flex office portfolio.
Ellipse was brought onto the project team to consult and develop the design concept for the building. Our scope included designing the reception and café area, a bookable wellness and meeting suite, and a rooftop terrace. Ellipse oversaw the design, furniture procurement, styling, artwork selection, and wayfinding for the entire scheme.
