The client had outgrown their previous workspace and engaged us to design a new office that would not only accommodate growth but also foster a stronger company culture and create a more exciting, inviting place to work.

To achieve this, we embraced a clean, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic. We stripped back and restored original timber flooring and paired this with light ash tones, plywood detailing, and a palette of neutral furniture. This minimalist approach brought warmth, simplicity, and a sense of calm to the space.

Crucially, employees were involved throughout the design process, contributing ideas such as naming the meeting rooms and identifying key features.
